
Art e Craft is a design only company where as it is not involved in procurement of any raw materials, production, quality control, packaging, delivery or managing returns. All these services are handled by our third-party vendor hence we have no impact on those functions. However, be rest assured that our internationally reputed vendor makes sure to deliver best quality & intime delivery. Since we outsource the processes of procurement of any raw materials, production, quality control, packaging, delivery or managing returns, we strictly follow the similar return policy of our vendor for the smooth & sustainable operations. Please go through the return policies in detail before placing any order.
General Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your new custom clothing. However, if you need to make a return or request a refund, please review our policy below.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item (wrong size, color, or design), please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: We are unable to accept returns for items due to a change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
1.2 How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at support@theartecraft.in with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include clear photos & videos of the defective or incorrect item(s) to help us process your request.
1.3 Return Process:
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- The returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
- A charge of Rs. 100 will be levied for pick-up of each returned products. We do not offer free pick-up for returned products. The processing time for reverse shipment is 2-3 weeks.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Process:
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items:
- Items purchased with a discount or on sale are non-refundable.
- Custom or personalized items are also non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or design, please return the original item, and place a new order.

Refund Policy for courier returns:
If the courier company is unable to deliver the order and the shipping status is undelivered or RTO (Return to Origin) due to any reason, it will be returned to our vendor’s warehouse where it will be stored for 60 days for reshipping upon request received from the client. No refund will be processed in such cases.
Using a custom return address for return is not possible since the courier companies do not have such an option.
Here are a few reasons why your orders can be undelivered or RTO’ed :
- Pin code not serviceable
- COD amount is not ready
- Customer not contactable
- Incomplete address
- Customer refused delivery
- Poor weather conditions
- Self-pickup requested by the customer
- Future delivery requested by the customer
- Door/premises/office closed
Please note that if the pin code becomes unserviceable after the order is placed, Art-e-Craft shall not be responsible for the RTO and as a result, no refunds will be processed from our end.
Refund policy for customer returns:
Even after several quality checks, it is possible that the customer receives a damaged product due to manual or mishandled by couriers.
** Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. For replacements and refunds, send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects along with the original packaging images. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 7 days after the delivery. Post which, no refund claim will be accepted.
** Please note that no refunds/replacement claim will be accepted without unboxing video of the order. Kindly unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, refunds/replacement claim may be rejected.
** Please note that no refunds/replacement claim will be accepted in case of wrong size ordered by customer or return without defect or damage.
** If there were any size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production vendor.
** If you have noticed any damage to the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.
